The lifestyle in Kolkata alters drastically after individuals surpass the mid-thirties. This is primarily because, for people residing in places such as Dum Dum, Salt Lake, Lake Town, or New Town in Kolkata, life is typically engaged in office work routine, traveling time, and taking care of family. Wellness is generally neglected in the middle of this routine.
Office-related stress is fast becoming one of the main causes of increasing health-related concerns in people in their middle-aged group in the city. Prolonged periods of sitting at work, deadlines to meet, and tense work-related activities take a toll on one's body.
