Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Apollo Diagnostics Nagerbazar, including booking through our website or calling our center, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

1. Service Eligibility

• **Age:** Services are primarily available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. For minors, services must be booked by a legal guardian or parent, who must be present during sample collection.
• **Area:** Home collection services are limited to the service area of Apollo Diagnostics Nagerbazar and Sealdah (Kolkata). We reserve the right to decline service outside this defined area.

2. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation

• **Booking Confirmation:** All bookings (online or by phone) are subject to confirmation by our center.
• **Payment:** You agree to pay the fees for the services at the time of booking or at the time of sample collection (Cash/Digital Payments only). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed prices will be honored.
• **Home Collection Fee:** Home collection is **free for bills ₹2500 or higher**. A charge applies to bills below this amount.
• **Cancellation Policy:** You may cancel a booking by contacting the center. Any refund against prepaid services will be processed within [7-10] business days, subject to deduction of any applicable administrative charges. **No refund** will be provided for services already rendered.

3. Sample Collection and Testing

• **Accuracy:** Test reports are based on the sample collected and the medical technology available. While we maintain NABL standards for accuracy, external factors (patient preparation, adherence to fasting, etc.) can affect results.
• **Report Interpretation:** Diagnostic reports are solely for the use of the patient and their treating physician. The report is not a medical opinion and should not be used for self-diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician.
• **Home Collection:** For home collection, the patient must be ready at the scheduled time. The phlebotomist reserves the right to decline collection if safety or hygiene protocols are not met.

4. Limitation of Liability

Apollo Diagnostics Nagerbazar (and its parent company) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The delay or failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
• Any actions taken or decisions made by the user based on the content or interpretation of reports without consulting a physician.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Apollo Diagnostics Nagerbazar or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not republish, reproduce, or sell any material without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in **Kolkata, West Bengal.**

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
